Can I file my annual report myself?

Yes. Visit sunbiz.org, search for your entity, and complete the annual report form. You'll pay the state fees directly (annual report fee + $400 late fee). It takes about 5 minutes. Our service is for people who want us to handle it for them.

What about nonprofits?

We don't currently serve nonprofit entities. Nonprofit annual reports have different fee structures (no $400 late fee applies to most nonprofits). If your entity is a nonprofit, please file directly at sunbiz.org.

What's your guarantee?
